The short version. This page covers using our website. It does not cover buying anything from us. If you become a client, we will send you a separate written agreement, and that agreement wins wherever the two disagree.

2. About these terms
By using jointhebots.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. We may update them, and the date at the top will change when we do. How we handle personal data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.
3. Using the site
You may read, print and share our pages for your own business purposes. Please do not:
- copy substantial parts of the site and publish them as your own
- scrape it automatically at a volume that affects other people using it
- try to break, probe or gain unauthorised access to it
- use it to send anything unlawful, or to impersonate anyone
4. Our reports, and what they are
We publish response-time reports based on enquiries we sent to real firms and timed. We describe the method in the reports themselves, including the sample size and where it is limited.
They are a snapshot of a small number of firms at one point in time. They are research, not a benchmark, and not a statement about any individual firm beyond what the report says. Figures may be rounded. Where a report cites third-party research, that research belongs to its authors and we say who they are.
5. Our calculators, and what they are not
Some pages carry a calculator that estimates what slow replies might be costing a business.
The percentages behind it are our own working assumptions, not published research, and we say so on the page itself. The output is an illustration built from figures you enter. It is not a forecast, not a valuation, not a promise of any result, and not financial advice. Do not use it as the sole basis for a business decision, and do not treat a number it produces as something we have committed to.
6. Nothing here is professional advice
The site is for general information. We are an automation business. We are not accountants, solicitors or financial advisers, and nothing here is accounting, legal, tax or financial advice. If you need that, speak to someone qualified to give it.
7. What belongs to whom
The content, design, text, graphics and reports on this site belong to us or to whoever licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright. Illustrations are licensed from Storyset. You may quote us with attribution and a link. You may not republish a whole page or report as your own.
If you send us feedback or a suggestion, we may act on it without owing you anything for it.
8. Other people's sites and content
We link to other websites and embed videos from YouTube. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
9. Availability
We try to keep the site up, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice. Access is free, and we are not obliged to keep it that way.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Subject to that, we are not liable for business losses arising from your use of this site, including lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill or business interruption. The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind beyond those the law implies and does not allow us to exclude.
If you are using the site as a consumer rather than for business, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything here.
11. If you buy something from us
These terms cover the website only. Our services are sold under a separate written agreement covering scope, price, the guarantee and its exclusions, what happens if we get it wrong, and how either side ends it. Where that agreement and this page disagree, that agreement wins.
Anything on this site describing our prices or our guarantee is a description of an offer, not the offer itself, and does not form a contract.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
